Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring of policies and implementation of projects was introduced as the final program phase in the SeConS organization. It was established as a response to the need for expert reviewing of the achievements in areas in which SeConS sovereignly leads. The basic criteria for the formation of our team for evaluation is the combination of knowledge and skills on the monitoring, evaluation and knowledge of the topic. SeConS is an organization that heeds special attention to the selection of methodology in research and insists on the most appropriate and objective methods of gathering data required for evaluation. A particular challenge is thus the evaluation of large programs and strategies.
