Tomislav has led numerous evaluations for renowned international organizations including the United Nations- United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the European Union, the World Bank, and bilateral donors, contributing significantly to evidence-based policymaking and programmatic enhancements across the Western Balkans, Central Asia, and beyond.

He has conducted evaluations of diverse programs, covering digital governance, technological innovation, SME competitiveness, livelihood promotion, biodiversity conservation, gender equality, human rights, and inclusive economic development.
