Tomislav Novovic is a senior consultant, with twenty years of professional experience in reform of public administration, decentralization, local and regional development, development planning and local competitiveness improving, working primarily with international development organizations (UNDP, UNICEF, FAO, EC, UN/Women, etc.). He is an expert for monitoring and evaluation with extensive professional experience in evaluating national strategies and policies and project and program evaluations in Serbia, Montenegro, Ukraine, Macedonia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines and other countries. Tomislav Novovic worked as a strategic planning expert in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some of his key references include preparation of the Investment Strategy for Zapadno-backi (West Backa) District, municipalities Odzaci and Kula; in Montenegro he was in charge of the preparation of the Action Plan for the Regional Development Strategy and investment strategies for municipalities Ulcinj, Bar, Kolasin and Zabljak. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, he participated in the preparation of the Development Strategy for Cross-Border Regions Foca and Pluzine.
