In December 2025, the SeConS Development Initiative Group, in cooperation with the Institute for the Evaluation of Education Quality and with the support of the British Council, conducted a qualitative study in 30 selected primary schools in Serbia. These schools were part of a broader quantitative study implemented in a total of 100 primary schools nationwide.
The research was carried out within the Schools for the 21st Century programme, which focuses on strengthening the digital competencies of fourth-grade students who attended the Digital World subject over a four-year period.
The study included individual and group interviews with teachers and fourth-grade students, exploring their experiences, attitudes, and practices related to the implementation of the Digital World subject, as well as their overall satisfaction with teaching and learning.
