Representative of SeConS, Jovana Obradović, participated in the roundtable “Protection of Children from Violence. Conclusions and Recommendations of the Study on Prevalence of Violence against Children in the Republic of Belarus” on 25th April 2018 in Minsk. This event is a part of the implementation of the Rolling Work Plan of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Representative Country Office of the UNICEF in the Republic of Belarus, and the State Prevention Action “Home without Violence”. The role of the SeConS’ representative was to present the Global study on drivers of violence affecting children, initiated by the UNICEF Office of Research – Innocenti, as well as the Research on determinants and factors of violence against children in Serbia, led by UNICEF in Serbia and conducted by SeConS, with a mentoring support of an expert team of the Zurich University of Teacher Education.
