January 2018 - November 2021

SeConS Development Initiative Group is involved in the Erasmus + public policy making and analysis project, through which interdisciplinary local short-cycle programmes/modules for public policy at universities in Serbia are designed and implemented, including curriculum development, capacity building for universities and other stakeholders in the public, expert and private sectors.

The training also includes civil servants and other policy makers to become change agents in a modernized public service with a focus on citizens.

Short-cycle programmes will eventually develop into a master’s programme in public policy. The expected impacts are more efficient economic and social outcomes of public policy at all levels of government.

Main goals:

- Design and implement a programme for public administration courses, policy analysis and policy making,

- Organize a lifelong learning programme for existing civil servants and other graduates,

- Organize a standing conference on public administration policy analysis and policy making for universities in the region and the EU and establish a community of practice consisting of experts from the region (united community).
