Within the campaign “16 Days of Activism”, the director of a programme at SeConS, Marija Babovic, presented in Banja Luka methodology for monitoring the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence. The methodology is made for the purpose of the Gender Center of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, which performs the role of a coordinating body for the implementation of the Convention. Representatives of various ministries of the Republic of Srpska discussed about needs for improving capacities of their institutions in order to allow effective implementation of the Convention.
